I really do not understand
I really do not understand why you would find ANYTHING in my statement of faith offensive. I think the sentence is self explanatory. We are not saved by communion or by water baptism but through the shed blood of Jesus and through our acceptance of His shed blood as a sacrifice for our sins. My statement of faith is exactly that - MY statement of faith. I am not asking you to believe anything you do not wish to believe.
